He has spent the past decade in the Middle East shaping high-performing development strategies and delivering value-driven portfolios.
As CEO of BCD Global, one of India’s most established construction and development conglomerates, with a seven-decade legacy and over 150 million sq. ft. delivered, Amit is entrusted with advancing the group’s next era of international growth. His mandate spans strengthening BCD’s presence in the UAE, elevating its product and brand standards, and expanding the organization into a modern, multi-vertical enterprise anchored in real estate, construction, financial services, and strategic advisory.
Amit’s career is defined by his ability to build businesses, reshape organizations, and unlock new value streams for private family offices, institutional investors, and multinational developers. Prior to BCD Global, he served as Group CEO of BNW Developments, where he led a diverse, 300+ member team across sales, marketing, design, technology, and customer experience, positioning the firm as a rising force in luxury and branded real estate.
His leadership journey includes senior roles with DAMAC, Ivanhoe Cambridge, Old Mutual Group, RMZ, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, and DLF, where he shaped high-impact strategies and delivered complex assets across global markets.
