What is the World Realty Congress Awards?

Celebrate real estate excellence at the World Realty Congress Awards! Join us for an unforgettable Gala Evening, where industry leaders are recognized on a global stage.

In recognition of the authenticity and transparency of our judging process, we are the proud recipients of the Awards Trust Mark by the Independent Awards Standard Council.

How To Participate?

Register Your Nomination

Nominate your company or yourself by filling out an online form with basic details, Please note you can nominate in maximum 3 company categories. The first 2 nominations are free, and a fee of USD 100 applies for the 3rd nomination. Provide a brief 500-word justification for each category.

Finalists Announcement

Based on the online nomination submissions, deserving companies will be selected by our Jury as finalists for the World Realty Congress Awards 2026.

Jury Presentations

All finalists in both company and individual categories must deliver a presentation to the World Realty Congress Awards Jury. Each will be allotted a 20-minute slot, comprising the presentation followed by a Q&A session with the jury panel.

Winner Announcements

The winners will be announced in a Gala Awards Ceremony that will be held in Dubai, 2026.
